The course contains easy to follow sessions and a structured training plan including;
- 4 intro videos covering the basic principles of Pilates and how we can use Pilates to improve our running
- 6 x mobility sessions (20 minutes each)
- 6 x strength sessions (30 minutes each)
- Unlimited access to all above the sessions
The sessions will build slowly over the 6 weeks so that by the end you will be confident moving on to mixed ability sessions, where you can continue to build on your strength, mobility and stability for running!
