This course is perfect for anyone who is new to Pilates, running or both!
The course includes;
- 4 intro videos covering the basic principles of Pilates and how we can use Pilates to improve our running
- 6 mobility sessions (20 minutes each)
- 6 strength sessions (30 minutes each)
- 2 bonus sessions working on single leg balance
- on demand lifetime access to the above sessions
The sessions will build slowly over the 6 weeks so that by the end you will be confident moving on to mixed ability sessions, where you can continue to build on your strength and mobility.
