Liz (Pilates for Runners) just been updating my diary, the calendar for this week does not appear to be showing any sessions on Thursday 2nd May? Your email mentioned that there will be a live session at 7am, please can you confirm. Many thanks Lynn

I've not run much in the last few months due to injury, holidays and then sickness. Our inter club 5k series started last Thursday so I went along to jog round and get a point for my club. Ended up doing 9.15 pace pretty comfortably which for an unfit 60 year old was better than I expected. More importantly though a photographer was out on the course and my pic showed a lovely slight forward lean with no sinking into my hips which is exactly what I've been trying to improve with my pilates. So a huge thank you Liz (Pilates for Runners) I can really see and feel the difference.

HEADS UP!

The title of this 10 Minute Total series has been updated to reflect the sessions more accurately. 

It was "10 Minute Total - Glute and Hip Strength" and is now "10 Minute Total - Lower Body Strength"

The last few sessions in particular have had more of a leg and knee focus, and in reality it is all so closely linked. 

Hoping that for those new to the membership, this change more informative when looking for sessions to do 😁

Playlist / download

Is there anyway you can create /download a playlist for a series all at once .. or do you have to download/ add to play list each video individually?? Liz (Pilates for Runners) for example the feet calves ankles series?

Hi Liz. My ankle is still not better and I wondered if there are any sessions you can recommend, not involving my ankle that I can do until it gets better.

Join the PfR team on 8th/9th June in Reading for Endure 24🥳

It's all about enjoying it, so any running ability is welcome.  It is a roughly 5 mile trail loop, and we'll all take turns running it.  You can do as little or as much as you want!

You don't even need any camping gear, I can help out with all of that 🙌

Anyone running the Leeds event? Merane is doing it solo 😁 It would be good to connect with others doing it so you can all cheer and support!
