OMG Record Number of Finishers!!😮

I wasn't expecting that over the summer months! I know August can be a tough time for those juggling everything with the kids off school.  Time becomes very precious, so to see a record number of finishers to the challenge was just awesome.

Well done to everyone who took part 👏 I could see there were a large number of you that did a good portion of the sessions, even if you were unable to complete the whole challenge. Celebrate what you did manage to do, and I hope you can join in again this month 🤗

Want to Run Stronger?

Running faster, improving your form, feeling great, and enjoying each run, so you can't wait to get out on the roads and trails!

All the details and option to join are below

When - Monday 5th August - Sunday 1st September

What - 5 x 10-15 minute Pilates sessions per week (mix of strength and mobility)

Why - Getting and staying consistent can be hard, but it's the only way to see results!

How -

  • Follow along each week with the sessions posted in this challenge.  They will be marked off as you work through them

  • You can do the sessions spread over the week, or you can stack individual sessions together into longer sessions. Whatever works best for you!

  • PLEASE NOTE - you need to follow the sessions as shown in this challenge area.  If you follow the sessions shown in "Structured Programs" be aware that it will show some sessions as already "greyed out" if you have did them prior to the challenge. To qualify for the prize draw you need to have done the sessions in this challenge period not previously.

  • Post in the Community when you're finished so we can all celebrate together!

If you complete the challenge you'll also get entered into the prize draw of 3 months free!

Well finished early this month as yet another busy weekend ahead, mostly 10 min sessions has really helped and can always double up if I want a bit more or having the odd longer one is good too. Glad I got back into it this month ☺️

Completed Pre-Run #8 and week 3. Great pre run stretches. It took me a bit of time to get into the sequence, but I managed towards the end and did a few more. Thanks Liz 😃👍

Completed 10 Minute Total - Lower Body Strength #1 (Beginners). I enjoyed this new session. Great for the glutes. Thanks Liz 😃👍
