When - Monday 2nd September - Sunday 6th October
What - 4 x 15-20 minute Pilates sessions per week (mix of short strength and mobility sessions)
Why - Getting and staying consistent can be hard, but it's the only way to see results!
How -
Follow along each week with the sessions posted in this challenge. They will be marked off as you work through them
You can do the sessions spread over the week, or you can stack individual sessions together into longer sessions. Whatever works best for you!
PLEASE NOTE - you need to follow the sessions as shown in this challenge area. If you follow the sessions shown in "Structured Programs" be aware that it will show some sessions as already "greyed out" if you have did them prior to the challenge. To qualify for the prize draw you need to have done the sessions in this challenge period not previously.
Post in the Community when you're finished so we can all celebrate together!
If you complete the challenge you'll also get entered into the prize draw of 3 months free!

Done with the challenge 🥳I figured I would finish early since I forgot the last video of the last challenge 🙈and will fly back to Germany tomorrow, so will be jetlagged… I very much enjoyed doing the stretches after my last Seattle run 🐢. Thank you for another great challenge, Liz P !

Don't forget, even if you're not managing to get all the sessions done just do what you can. Being consistent is not about perfection!
These challenges are designed to give you structure, but they're also supposed to be fun! Don't put too unrealistic expectations on yourself if you are having a difficult month 🙌

Slightly harder hip flexor session this week, but remember you can work without the bands if you are a beginner 👍

Completed week 3 session 1 Lower Body and Upper back and shoulders. Enjoyed these stretches. Thanks Liz 😃👍
