🌟End of the month Pilates brag!🌟

I'd love to hear what you're most proud of this month on your Pilates journey!

This could be anything from doing your first session, managing to balance without a chair, to being consistent with one of the challenges on offer 😀

I'll kick us off....mine is being super consistent with my upper back stretching, which is where I carry the most tension.  Makes a huge difference when I stay regular with my daily stretches 👍😁 Even got called "slippery as a fish" in my salsa class the other day when I did an upper body roll.....not sure I loved the comparison, but I chose to take it as the compliment it was intended to be!🤣🤣
