Last super long run done!!!🥳
3 weeks until marathon day so it was good to get this one in the bag. Didn't go quite to plan though. I wanted to get 22 miles in, but the overtraining niggle I've been managing since Endure 24 started to really kick in, so I capped it at 19 miles. I've two high mileage weeks which is what I think caused the niggle to reappear, so hoping the taper and rest will help ensure I'm ready for the day!....🤞🤞🤞
