I am so excited to get started with these sessions again.  Here's all the details you need;

  • WHEN - live sessions are 7am on Zoom, with the recording going up in the catalog straight after for those that want to watch them on demand

  • WHAT - check out the timetable below!

  • HOW - if you want to join live then look out for the Zoom link details in the weekly Members' Newsletter. 

  • EQUIPMENT - mat and some space for most sessions, plus a little bit of wall space for the two Tuesday sessions for feet, calves and ankles.
