In the Monday live session (which you can also do on catch up!) we've started having a theme each month.
This month we're working on;
improving strength and stability with our single leg squats
improving strength, stability and mobility in our lateral/side hip strength
Check out last week's session which was the first one, and tonight we'll be working with either a chair or wall surface to help us improve🙌
