I have completed all the Week 3 Sessions now. Enjoyed every one but needed to cram them in towards the end of the week while on holiday. 😀👍💪😎

Hi Liz.....I really struggle with any exercise that puts weight through the shoulder joint, especially the core ones. So I end up tiring because of the shoulder not the core! Any tips please? Thanks

Sprinting into Spring!

Starting the year with a great habit is one thing, carrying it on throughout the year is another.  So if you're like me and need some accountability and support, then check out this challenge. 

All the details and option to join in below!

When - Monday 26th Feb - Sunday 7th April

What - 4 x 20 minute Pilates sessions per week (strength and mobility)

[NB - Sometimes one or more of the 20 minute sessions will be split into 2 shorter videos which you stack together to make 20 minutes.  Alternatively, you can do them separately if time is tight on that day]

Who - Anyone!!! Don't worry if you're new to PfR, we will start off with easier sessions, and when it gets more challenging you can simply opt for the easier levels I offer for each exercise.

How -

  • Follow along each week with the sessions posted in this challenge.  They will be marked off as you work through them

  • You can do the sessions spread over the week as 4 individual 20 minute Pilates sessions, or you can stack them together into fewer longer sessions. Whatever works best for you!

  • PLEASE NOTE - you need to follow the sessions as shown in this challenge area.  If you follow the sessions shown in "Collections and Challenges" be aware that it will show some sessions blanked out if you have done them prior to the challenge. To qualify for the prize draw you need to have done the sessions in this challenge period

  • Post in the Community when you're finished so we can all celebrate together!

Why - Because the best way to get results is to be CONSISTENT and the best way to do that is to have a PLAN! If you complete the challenge you'll also get entered into the prize draw!
