To access your account, click Sign In at the top right of the page and enter your email address. You can request a sign-in link be sent to your email address to sign in without the need for your password or you can enter your password without requesting a sign-in link.
NB - You can also download the app for free and use the same login details for full membership access
How do I access the sessions?
Simply sign into your account, navigate to the "Sessions" in the top menu to access all of the videos! There are filters and a search bar to use to help you find what you're looking for.
I recommend starting with one of the structured programs, so you have a clear plan each week!
Yes! You can download the app and sign in using the same login details. Then you can download sessions to your app to watch later without an internet connection.
You can try refreshing the page, using a different browser, or clearing your cache. However, buffering or playback issues are often related to your internet connection. I recommend a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for smooth streaming.
To manage your subscription, simply log into your account via the website and click on your Profile in the top right corner. From there, select Purchases. You can choose to either pause or cancel your membership by clicking End Membership.
