I'm Liz, and welcome to Pilates for Runners!


I'd love to join you on your running journey, to help you to stay strong, injury free and loving your running long into the future.


As a runner and certified Pilates instructor, I transformed my own running journey through targeted Pilates training. After battling recurring running injuries, then recovering from a serious skiing accident, I discovered how my Pilates could not just heal, but dramatically improve my running performance.


So these Pilates for Runners sessions do more than reduce injuries, they enhance your form, boost speed and endurance, and keep you loving your time out on the roads and trails. 


They've already thousands of runners, and you can join them!


The classes are clear and easy to follow, whether you’re brand new to Pilates or you’ve been practicing for years.
