Nothing else I’ve tried for my long-term hip issue has been as effective.

Description Been consistently using Liz's programmes since November 2022, and have had no injuries since then and I'm 60. Ran Manchester marathon in 2023 and got Good for Age time for London. Just run London 2024 for my 60th birthday. The most amazing experience and got qualifying time for all majors. I followed Liz's marathon plan which has a good mix of strength and mobility. Liz is an excellent teacher. Love the way she explains the exercises and how they relate to running. The app is very easy to use and the structure really helps me with the consistency.
