So excited about this latest update! If you go into your calendar now, you will see that you can track your streaks.
NB - I forgot to say in the weekly email that this is a Beta version, so please bear with me while we iron out any kinks! 🙏
So if you're trying to get in some daily mobility and strength work, even a super quick session, it will track that as part of your streak 🙌
You don't need to do the session on the calendar for it to count. Any session you do will go towards it 👍
