I've been running for about a year, always done some sort of fitness mainly cycling but a friend encouraged me to run & I'm hooked.

These sessions have educated me on my body and what it needs to become a more efficient runner. I have recently had covid, now on day 10 with a faint positive so fingers crossed I can start running again. 1 main symptom I have experienced over the last 10days is muscle pain & joint stiffness, when I felt ready (day 6), I started doing the morning stretch sessions which have been a great help in getting my body moving again. Thank you 😊
