Hi Liz (Pilates for Runners) I may not make it tonight as I have beavers and won't be home till 7. My question was my right side is a lot weaker and less flexible than my left. Mostly because I always sit on my left hip and my upper body leans left. I am seeing improvement but should I be doing extra sets on the right hand side and holding stretches for longer.

Finished🥳 I think I doubled up on the core sessions though I did them live and then did them again as they were showing in the list as undone 🙈

I can touch the floor, with straight legs when we do a roll down now.

Was very brave and used a tiny weight this time
