How do I update

So pleased to complete July challenge took some doing as I had hand surgery on 9th July. Some interesting adaptations when wearing a plaster cast. Looking forward to the August challenge

Thank you Liz for this morning's session really enjoyed it. Sorry I've missed the last few weeks I have had a chest infection and 7:00 was just too early. I have been doing the challenge (took a bit of catching up) I has been a life saver as I could manage that when I couldn't run

Finally got started it's good to be back. I am going to ache tomorrow

Perfect weather just warm enough

It was good for me and I'm sure it helped with today's cross country
