Really felt that in the glutes on my standing leg (had a mile race previous evening, so may have partly been due to that). Also had to miss out triceps dips because of my shoulder issue, but did two lots of single leg dips instead.

LizLiz (Pilates for Runners) again had to modify this one for my right shoulder. Physio has diagnosed tendinitis and any stretching is painful, hopefully treatment (and lots of icing) will bring about an improvement. In the meantime Iāll adapt postures when necessary.
