Done with the challenge 🥳I figured I would finish early since I forgot the last video of the last challenge 🙈and will fly back to Germany tomorrow, so will be jetlagged… I very much enjoyed doing the stretches after my last Seattle run 🐢. Thank you for another great challenge, Liz P !

Wishing you a quick recovery and then lots of patience coming back to running as it tends to take longer than we’d like…

Post run selfie along the Fremont Cut in Seattle, Washington! If you zoom in, you’ll be able to see the blue Fremont Draw Bridge. And, yes, I’ve seen it in action a couple times already 😎 It’s super cool (I think)!

Oh my, Amanda Forrest ! That sounds scary! I hope you’ll be able to run without having to worry about bombs very soon. In the meantime: be safe!

Hello from Seattle, Washington 🙋🏻‍♀️where I continue to enjoy the challenge (even though the little iPhone screen makes it a bit more, uhm, challenging…). This fascinating mural is part of the Ship Canal Trail I discovered near the place I am staying. Great running along the Fremont Cut!

Well, I realized this morning that I totally forgot to do the last session last night 🙈 I guess it was just too hot for my brain to function well, so I needed a break... or something... Oh, well! I guess it'll cool off during the next challenge! (It's been around 30°C since Friday here in Germany and last night was the first night where it didn't really cool off... )

This podcast series is very relevant to understand what is going on around the boxing match between Angela Carini and Imane Khelif. Although the series follows two female runners, the issues around science, race, and (of course) sex also very much show up in the current situation.
