I just tried the new Glute & Hip session (#11) and really enjoyed it! My right knee is a bit more wobbly than my left, so clearly this is what I need (and, yes, I doubled up at least on the first few exercises - stopping the video and doing an extra round on my right). Thank you, Liz (Pilates for Runners) , for adding these two!

Done, done, done! 🥳 It was nice to finish it off with a really nice rest day stretching sequence 😊. I am already looking forward to the next one! Thank you so much, Liz (Pilates for Runners) for putting them together 🙏
