Just managed to catch up, completed session two today as well as two from last weeks. Looking forwards to staying on track now! Feeling the benefit of all of the sessions.Liz (Pilates for Runners)

I think either could work, I need the 6 weeks to catch up sometimes!

Hi Liz, it is version 3.16.3. Tried deleting app and reinstalling, but no joy, it is still not pulling through what I have marked as watched on the Mac. Not urgent, but would be good to get them synced. Thanks for your help so far.

Is there a way of syncing the app with the online app? Sometimes I use my phone and sometimes I use my Mac. But neither seems to sync with reconciling my β€œwatched” videos. Any ideas? Or do I just need to use one or the other, not both?

Currently on week four of the four week challenge. Myself and a friend did the stability taster session at the show. Enjoying the sessions and starting to feel positive effects. Amazed at how even a short session can be quite tough and so beneficial. Thank you.
