I’ve finished the challenge and really enjoyed it, thanks Liz. I clearly need the discipline of a structure and doing it in bite size chunks has really helped too!

Thanks Liz - managed my injury, developed an odd knee pain around mile 11, but got round within my goal time for a marathon PB. The marathon plan definitely helped complement the running training and I especially liked the last week with stretching and relaxation. London was an awesome experience.

I have started the marathon program as I’m running a marathon in the spring and am behind where I wanted to be at this stage due to injury and illness. I feel a bit like I’m starting from scratch and the first sessions were hard, but I have confidence that they will help get me ready!
