That's great Liz (Pilates for Runners) and hope training goes well and more importantly you enjoy it. I've signed up to one too and on Sunday my long run of 15 miles went better than the previous Sunday of 14...my small win πŸ˜‰.

Well done everyone with achievements. I was delighted with my half marathon as my goal was not a finish time, but was to run continuously... and I did this. Perhaps a mobility session for me tomorrow πŸ˜‰.

Joined and hoping to run a marathon in May. Likely to start this around end Feb. Thanks for program as a set challenge.

Looking forward thanks Liz. I'm being more goal orientated in 2024. I've Inverness Half marathon in March and Edinburgh marathon late May, so I'll be very busy 🀣😱πŸ’ͺ
