I expect a lot of people will have no problems with it, but I could have done with some “easier version” options like you usually include.

I've just done the core endurance, gosh that was brutal Liz, 😅 had to modify it in places.

Needed this after a hilly 10k trail yesterday 🙂

Needed the wall support for this session but pleased with range of motion in my feet.

Did this one after a trail race today as I was a bit stiff in the hips, and it definitely helped.
