Thanks Liz, all over now. I'll be trying some of your stretch sessions. Can you recommend any? The marathon plan was great. Loved the last week xx

Im running the Manchester Marathon on Sunday but after being ill for about 10 weeks and doing hardly any training, im a little nervous. Ive been following the Marathon 12 week plan and absolutely loved todays Relaxing Hip Stretch. I felt amazing.  Just what i needed. Wish me luck 😬

Started this a little late for my Marathon/Ultra training but any help to avoid injury will be good. Should get a good 8 weeks. I love having a structured plan to do each day. Im planning on doing them in my lunch hour each day.
