Anyone wanting to try an Ultra Marathon I can highly recommend She Strides Ultra in Yorkshire. Very hilly but the most beautiful scenery I've ever ran in. So definitely worth the pain 😂

Thank you ladies for your help. I don't usually have trouble but I pulled it on a bike ride and needed to stretch it. Just done the workout and it feels better. Thanks 👍

I ran a tough but lovely local race called Hardwick 10k. An out and back up Hardwick Hill to the house in 24 degree heat too 🥵

Thanks Liz but we were notified yesterday that the event has been cancelled as the company has gone into liquidation. So sad for all involved ☹
