Sarah Bennett I've marked it as watched my end and so it's sorted now.  I think the way you'll have to do it if you join live is to re-watch the session and just run it to the end manually on the time bar at the bottom. Not ideal I know, but it then marks it as done in the challenge 👍

Sarah Bennett hmm that is latest version.... you may need to re-install to get it to get it to update.  That worked for another member who had same issue.  My apologies for inconvenience though Sarah x

Joe DeFeo Ahh brilliant there's no pain.  I would try having your foot on block/step and jumping off to land toes first then heel with as much control through the ankle as you can. See how you get on with that; aim for 2-3 x 5-10 to start, see how you feel and increase if you can the next time 🙌
