Best of luck also to Laura Jones  running the HOWUM 30 mile ultra in Wales🥳 Fingers crossed for nice weather for you Laura!🤞

Zoe Barton and I are doing a 19 miler (intentionally this time!😝) with the Big Way Around in Winchester on Bank Holiday Monday.  Keeping it a chilled training run, with lots of snacks and chatting....perfect kind of run really!😁

There has been some very brag worthy efforts this month, so let's hear your highlight! 👇😁

Mine is doing my longest run to date (albeit unintentionally after we got lost!) It's all looking good for my knee ready for a September marathon....no excuses now😬🤣

I can't wait to hear your highlight this month, and if you have some piccies then share them too! This one here is from my 19 mile run where we had to do a naughty little detour across the golf course to avoid the 2ft deep "lake" which was previous the path!

I know those of you who follow along the challenge on the app just have a list of sessions. 

They are all in order, but if you want to see the weekly breakdown I will always post the weekly schedule for you to check on a Monday, or you can see the weekly breakdown shown in the "collection" area for the challenge, which is at the top of your app when you login 🙌

I hope this helps, but any questions just let me know😁

HEADS UP!

The title of this 10 Minute Total series has been updated to reflect the sessions more accurately. 

It was "10 Minute Total - Glute and Hip Strength" and is now "10 Minute Total - Lower Body Strength"

The last few sessions in particular have had more of a leg and knee focus, and in reality it is all so closely linked. 

Hoping that for those new to the membership, this change more informative when looking for sessions to do 😁
