Really enjoyed building consistency with this challenge. A few sessions behind! But nearly there

Did a 4.5 mile run this morning and I didnโ€™t avoid the hills ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿพ. My strength and endurance have definitely improved. Thanks Liz!!
