Can I just check please Liz - if a session is greyed out in the App, that means we've done it during the challenge period (I think). I'm just going through marking them unwatched on the website and got myself confused (easily done 😂). Thanks 😁 x

Not a great start - did the 10 minute lower body and couldn't move for 3 days 😂. Then a long weekend away, so need to catch up now, but I'll get there!

Yay, challenge completed with 10 mins back and 20ins stretch sessions - lovely way to end it! Thanks so much Liz for motivating me to keep going!

Now, didn't I read somewhere about glute progressions.... 🤔?

Loving this challenge and finding so many 'favourite' sessions in it. It would have been so easy to get out of the habit of regular sessions while I was away for 10 days in the middle of this one, but the 'challenge' gives me something to aim for. Just 5 sessions left, and I know I can do those by Sunday somehow 🤜!
