Hi Liz@pilatesforrunners.
I'm so hopeless at finding my way round the App 🀣. (not even sure I'm posting this correctly/in the right place πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ).
I had a notification today re a new standing core session (which I love as doesn't affect my neck!) but when I click on it, it just takes me to the App but not that session, then I don't know how to find the actual session - any clues please?!

Me too Sarah - I can't do sit ups because my neck just gives out. Love the standing core 😁!
