Can I just check please Liz - if a session is greyed out in the App, that means we've done it during the challenge period (I think). I'm just going through marking them unwatched on the website and got myself confused (easily done πŸ˜‚). Thanks 😁 x

Not a great start - did the 10 minute lower body and couldn't move for 3 days πŸ˜‚. Then a long weekend away, so need to catch up now, but I'll get there!

Yay, challenge completed with 10 mins back and 20ins stretch sessions - lovely way to end it! Thanks so much Liz for motivating me to keep going!
