Hey Liz (Pilates for Runners) how quickly do the lives go up after they've been recorded? I am thinking of trying to get up for the one tomorrow morning but it's a bit of an awkward time for me as it's too late if I'm in the office and too early really if I'm working from home (I do like the non commute lie in!) Not a moan by any means but just one of those haha I normally do a pilates session about 7.45am on a WFH day but not sure if the recording will be up that quickly?

Liz (Pilates for Runners) haha there were some ominous clouds and passing drizzle but also sun turned out so much nicer than the weather forecast thankfully!

Happy Easter Liz! Did another just over 32km in a 6hour race today (just over 5 hours for me). Tough course with ankle deep mud in some places but weather was much better than expected! Medal is pretty cute too if you excuse the squinty post race grimace ๐Ÿ˜‚

Week 1 done! Good to get back into it and actually really enjoy trying to fit 10mins in before I get ready for work
