Can I take this opportunity to just do a general brag (sorry!) Didn't have much opportunity to do Pilates on ot south America trip (I think I maybe did 1 or 2 😬) also didn't have a lot of opportunity for running either if I'm honest we did a couple of short runs, heaps of walking - including a 9.5 hour hike, cycling, kayaking etc and generally had an amazing time! And I got engaged 😁 Apparently I can only add 1 photo on here (was going to send a couple) but I will be getting back into pilates now! Fitting in a few shorter sessions ATM including great help this morning when I woke up with a very painful shoulder after sleeping funny!
