The morning movement session is a nice one! I did it this morning before my run.

Looking forward to this one! I am saving it for my day off tomorrow though...

Another "nice to have" for a challenge: I noticed during the Kick Start challenge that the completed percentage jumped around a lot, probably because you added new videos, Liz (Pilates for Runners)  as you were filming them. This isn't the case with this challenge - and I rather like it! Maybe there's a way to have a placeholder video where you plan to add a newly released videos?

It's a tad demotivating when your percent completed jumps from, say, 65% back to 50% because there's a new video in the following week... But once I understood what was happening, it wasn't that big of a deal, so if it's too much trouble to fix, don't worry...

This is actually how it shows up when I access the challenge via my laptop! I was surprised that it's not like that in the app.

I just use the laptop because the screen is bigger 🤣

Here's a screenshot of one version: A pulldown that I could access while writing this (also nice!) to see what I've done, what I still need to do this week and the indication of the start of next week.

Liz (Pilates for Runners) I love the idea of some pelvic floor exercises!  It is important to strengthen that for us postmenopausal women for other reasons, so thanks for the suggestion, Kath Richards !

(I am assuming here, you're also post-menopause, Kath, which I could be wrong about, of course...)

I enjoyed the cat appearance in the Upper Back and Shoulder Strength video! 🐈 Some folks speculate that Joe got the idea for at least some of this exercises by watching the cats at the internment camp on the Isle of Man. 🐈‍⬛ So having a cat in a video seemed very appropriate 😹

Nice! Something I can look forward to 😎. And isn't it wonderful to notice improvements? I had a similar experience in the Core #7 I did today: "Oh, hey! I can do this now!" 🥳

Awesome, Liz (Pilates for Runners) ! I kinda figured you were on it but thought I'd mention it anyways... Looking forward to the new sessions!

I am so glad I joined the challenge! The other program is pretty easy, so it's nice to actually do some work here 😊

I very much enjoy the 20 minute total time frame, including when it's broken up into a couple of videos, so I'd enjoy it when that continues in the next challenge. Somehow I find that easier to fit into my schedule than 30 minutes...

Also, I am currently focusing on knee stability, so some sessions on that would be appreciated 🙏
