Is this supposed to be in the Spring Sprint challenge, Liz (Pilates for Runners) ?
Excited about week 3 to try out the shorter videos. I've been doing the third session on Saturdays the last couple weeks and enjoyed being able to split things up.
Although, I did session 1 today, both videos back-to-back. My hips are grateful for it! Apparently, they really needed that work 🤣 The Hip Flexor Strength session also worked my core to a burn! 💪
