10 Minute Total - Lower Body Strength #11.Β Enjoyed this session. My balance was better on these stretches with a big improvement on my left leg. Concentrating on the core and keeping tall helped.

Completed NEW! 20 Minute Whole Body Session #1week 4 session 2. Really enjoyed this workout on the whole body. Balance improved with me staring straight ahead all the time. The two 1.5kg eights got a bit too heavy towards the end. Thanks Liz πŸ‘πŸ˜ƒ

Managed to attend the Thursday 7am Live Sessions - Mobility and Stretching today.

Completed Week 4 session 1, 10 min Total Core #4 and 10 min Total Foot, Calf and Ankle Strenght #10. Found that my heels do not raise much and my balance was challenging. Enjoyed the session though. Thanks LizΒ πŸ˜€πŸ‘

Found this session cery challenging, especially the Side plank stretches. Arms and shoulders are aching now. Nee to more of these if my body will let me.Β πŸ™‚πŸ€”
