It was my physio who suggested pilates too and I can't believe the difference already. I haven't had one single injury or niggle since I joined Liz,long may this continue

Hi Shari, I can't even begin to tell you how much Liz has helped me these last few months. I was plagued with injuries and niggles and each time I went to my physio she said I needed to do pilates. I'd been following Pilates for runners for a while on Instagram but hadn't actually done any of the exercises Liz posted. In true procrastination style I watched and thought one day! Then I actually committed by doing the beginners course. As soon as I had done that I subscribed. Fast forward a few months...no injuries,entering races and getting faster. So like I previously said Liz rocks!!
